In the wake of Yamaha Europe’s announcement about introducing a track-focused YZF-R1 for 2025 and beyond, Yamaha Motor Australia has made it clear that it will continue offering both YZF-R1 and YZF-R1M as road homologated models to its customers for the foreseeable future.

The YZF-R1M is equipped with cutting-edge Öhlins Electronic Racing Suspension (ERS), including NPX anti-cavitator gas front forks, a Brake Control (BC) system, and a 3-mode Engine Brake Management (EBM) system, positioning it as a motorcycle ready to redefine limits. The current price of the R1M is $39,349.00, including GST.

Featuring an aggressive M1-derived cowl, its aerodynamic bodywork is designed for ultimate performance.
