Carbon fibre oil pain for BMW S 1000 RR 2015-2016

Love carbon and own an S 1000 RR? Read on!

Jetprime’s mission is to offer exclusive products of a very high technological content.

The technical collaboration with Team Althea BMW Racing (in the World Superbike Championship with riders Jordi Torres and Markus Reiterberger
and in the FIM Cup Superstock 1000 with Raffaele De Rosa) has driven Jetprime to put forward a vast catalogue of special parts
which will be presented in November 2016 at the EICMA International Trade Exhibition in Milan, Italy.

The oil pain in carbon fibre for the S 1000 RR has been produced with an autoclave using a special production cycle to guarantee maximum
strength even at temperatures higher than 250°C as well as to resist vibrations and movements created by the engine. It allows to decrease
the internal pressure of the engine so that it can contain more oil and lower the oil suction point. It is also equipped with an aluminium
CNC machined plug which inserts pressure onto a special titanium insert which is inside the oil sump itself. With the use of this unique component,
it is possible to decrease the weight by over 150 grams (compared to the stock fitted unit) giving also macroscopic improvements
in the dynamic qualities of the motorcycle.

A larger CNC machined aluminium oil pain will also be presented at EICMA 2016 together with a large number of special components for
this superbike of BMW Motorrad.
