Triumph Commemorates 20 Years of Rocket 3 with Special Event at Elvington Airfield

In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the iconic Rocket 3 cruiser, Triumph is hosting a unique event at Elvington Airfield on September 18. The event, called “Rocket Launch,” invites both current and potential owners to take their Rocket 3 motorcycles for exhilarating rides down the airfield’s two-mile runway.

For a fee of just £10, participants can enjoy unlimited high-speed runs, showcasing the power of their triple-cylinder bikes. Additionally, a limited number of the latest Rocket 3 Storm models will be available for test rides, giving those with older versions the chance to experience the cutting-edge performance.

Hosted in collaboration with Straightliners, the event is exclusively open to Rocket 3 riders. Spectators are welcome to attend for free, and all participants will receive a printed record of their speeds at the half-mile and full-mile markers, along with a commemorative sticker and photographs from the day.
