At the MXGP of Switzerland in Frauenfeld, Kay de Wolf and Lucas Coenen of the Nestaan Husqvarna Factory Racing team delivered an outstanding performance, securing a double podium in the MX2 class. Kay de Wolf dominated the weekend with a strong first moto victory and a third-place finish in the second, earning him the overall win. Lucas Coenen, after a commanding qualifying race win, showed solid consistency across both motos, finishing in the top ten and adding valuable points to his championship run.
The conditions throughout the weekend were varied and challenging, starting with hard-pack terrain in qualifying and shifting to muddy, cooler conditions on race day. Despite a crash in qualifying, de Wolf showed great resilience and focus, managing to maintain his lead in the championship standings.
