Harley-Davidson launches an innovative range of helmets
Harley-Davidson Australia and New Zealand has launched a new range of helmets to bolster its riding gear range.
The range of helmets will offer riders industry-leading lid making expertise, with a host of different options to ensure the right fit and features; for every kind of journey and customer.
With five helmets in the collection (Shorty, Retro, Fulton, Victory Lane & FXRG), each will offer unique features to ensure the rider can achieve the look they want and the ergonomic functionality they require. Features range from light weight full-face helmets, to half helmets with bold designed graphics. Prices range from $99-$686 ($136 – $939NZ).
At the core of this new design, Harley-Davidson has considered both safety and protection. The four-way self defence system ensures that all helmets feature a rigid outer shell (to distribute impact force and resist penetration), an impact absorbing liner (which is crafted from expanded polystyrene foam liner), comfort padding to hold the helmet in place and a retention system to prevent the helmet from coming off during impact.
Adam Wright, Director of Marketing for Harley-Davidson Australia & New Zealand, said: “We’re extremely excited with our new range and in particular the choice this offers our customers. We want to make all of our products scream individuality and both reflect the rider and support their needs – whether that’s comfort, ventilation or simply enjoying the look of a cool, classic lid.”
