MANOEUVRES THE BEAR ARMY MARCHES ON

Greetings, Troopers! By the next issue I should have the location of our South and North Manoeuvres for 2016 worked out, and I am even looking at the possibility (after more than a few requests) of adding a third event for summer. It might be a bit early for that, but you never know… Meanwhile I’m introducing a bit of a bonus for troopers. Every now and then we get something interesting to review, and we’re told to keep it.
