Thankfully, after ensuring our bike was spotless, we were greeted with a warm, “Oh! Yours is the Yammy? Yeah, no worries, she’s a beaut.”
With the bike finally in our possession, we hit the road. The thrill of seeing our first kangaroo hop along the road soon gave way to the realization that it was actually a wallaby, but the joy of being back on two wheels was undeterred.
