Ducati Australia is very proud to have recently been awarded with the highest 5-star CANSTAR Blue ratings in the motorcycling category for Handling and Aftersales Service for 2015.

Canstar Blue commissioned IPSOS to survey Australian motorcycle riders in order to measure and track customer satisfaction. The outcomes reported are the results from customers within the survey group
who currently own and have ridden a motorcycle in the last 3 years (excluding scooters and mopeds). Ducati was rated against fellow manufacturers: Harley Davidson, BMW, Honda, Triumph, Kawasaki,
Suzuki and Yamaha.

Of the Australian motorcyclists surveyed who owned a Ducati, they reported the highest level of satisfaction with their bike’s handling ability. Sixty-three percent of Aussie riders surveyed said they
rode a motorcycle because it was exhilarating, so a bikes handling is fundamental to fun, exciting and safe riding where Ducati has scored the highest 5-star rating.
